About

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked in the helping field for nearly twenty years in diverse settings and with nearly all age groups and walks of life.  My goal is to expedite healing and to empower my clients to gain trust in their own capacity for positive change and begin to experience wellbeing and resiliency. I specialize in the treatment of trauma/PSTD, attachment wounds, alcohol/substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, dual diagnoses, complex grief, depression and anxiety disorders. 

  

I use an evidence based and attachment-focused orientation and tools from EMDR, DNMS, Ego State Therapy, DBT, 12-step recovery model, mindfulness, somatic awareness, narrative therapy, sand tray, art therapy, dream work, Depth Psychology and motivational interviewing.
